There's no online play, and if there is, it's a FPS where all the children are trash-talking eachother. You don't get that in Diablo. At least, not THAT much.
Playerbase is better.
Gameplay is more submersive.
No monthly fee.

You get a few weapon upgrades but that's it. No variety in gameplay that derives from multiple classes and this will certainly offer more gameplay hours not even considering MP.
