Hey I here all this I lost weight and that's great but it isn't the weight it's the heart. I relate withe this video with the run to the race and stopping in on the porta pottie. I just ran my 3rd marathon and I still weigh 230 lbs but run with people 80 lbs less than me. Watch out if I decide to lose some weight.

I was 120kg and dropped down to 80kg in 1.5 years. I ran my first Marathon 2 weeks ago in Cologne with 3:42:00 in my MIZUNO WAVE RIDER. LIFE IS RUNNING. I love this video!!!!!!!!!

i was 190 and dropped down to 145 in 2 months thanks to running. used to be fat and made fun of constantly in school but now im mr.popular. kind of sad how looks and athletism is what ranks u in highschool but hey ill take it
